Understand your F.AI score

F.AI shows how consistently useful AI habits appear in your conversations with AI. It’s a score from 0 to 100, with personal suggestions for the habits you use least. Use it to get more from AI, not as a measure of how well you do your job.

See your score

  1. In Flowstate Helm, go to My AI.
  2. Select My F.AI.

You’ll see your score, Habits you demonstrate, and Suggestions for habits you use less often. Each habit says how many of your assessed conversations it was seen in.

What the score means

F.AI looks for 11 habits in your assessed conversations, including:

  • Stating the goal before the AI starts.
  • Giving an example of what you want.
  • Asking for a format and length.
  • Refining a draft instead of starting again.
  • Checking important facts against the source.

A score needs at least 10 assessed conversations. Until then you’ll see a dash. Different tasks need different habits, so a lower score on one kind of work isn’t a problem in itself.

Where else F.AI appears

  • People → Adoption shows the Average F.AI score over time across your organisation, as weekly scores based on the previous 30 days.
  • Savings → F.AI suggestions lists people who’d get more from their allowance with some coaching. See Track tools, contracts and savings.
  • The alert F.AI score drops more than 30 points tells you when someone’s habits change. See Set alerts.

The rest of My AI

My AI also has:

  • Overview: your usage for the period, your allowance and what’s left, and what projects funded.
  • My tools: the AI tools your organisation gives you. Select Request access to ask for another.
  • Recent sessions: your recent AI sessions, what they were for and what they cost.
  • My requests: the requests you’ve sent and their status. See Ask for and answer AI requests.

If something’s not right

  • There’s no score. You need at least 10 assessed conversations, and your organisation needs to connect conversation data from its AI services. Keep using your connected AI tools.
  • “No personal allowance recorded.” Your administrator hasn’t given you a limit yet. See Set AI budgets with wallets.
