Flowstate Helm
Flowstate Helm brings your AI bills, seats and keys into one place. You see what AI costs, who uses it and what it’s used for, and you set budgets that cover every AI service at once. Finance gets figures with a clear basis. Team leads see their own team. Everyone sees their own use.
Open Flowstate Helm
Select the Flowstate logo at the top left to open the area switcher, then choose Flowstate Helm. You can also press ⌘3 in the desktop app, or G then 3 in a browser.
You need access to open it. Ask your Flowstate admin.

- Provider bills say what you spent, and on whom where the provider reports it.
- Sessions say what it was spent on. Flowstate Desktop captures conversations on company computers, and your own services report through AI service accounts.
- Putting the two side by side shows how much of the bill is explained by the work.
More detail: How AI data arrives in Flowstate.
Connected apps Flowstate Helm uses
- AI services send bills, seats and keys. See the list under Integrations.
- Conversation records show what AI was used for. See Capture AI prompts and responses.
- Jira, Linear and Azure DevOps match AI work to projects. See Connect your project tool.
- GitHub shows AI’s part in your code. See GitHub.
Set-up checklists
- Track AI adoption: see who uses AI, how deeply, and which paid seats nobody opens.
- Track AI in your workflows: tie AI sessions to projects and kinds of work.
- Attribute AI spend: connect your providers and see the bills.
