Flowstate Sail

Flowstate Sail builds applications that do more of the routine work for your team. An application gathers information from your systems, keeps the records it needs, prepares the output and brings it to the right person when a decision is needed.

We build each application with you, around how your team works today. Your builders can then change and extend it. In the app, the area where applications are built is called Studio.

Get going

  1. Agree the outcome. With your Flowstate team, pick the job the application takes on, who checks its work and how you’ll measure the change.
  2. Give your builders access. Builders need a builder seat and the right permissions. See Give people access to build.
  3. Connect your systems. Connect the systems the application reads and writes. See Connect your systems.
  4. Try it before it goes live. Run the workflow in a test environment, check its tests pass, then publish and deploy it. See Publish and deploy a workflow.
  5. Use it day to day. People work in the application’s views in Workforce, and answer decisions from their Inbox. See Show the work in Workforce.
