My AI
My AI shows your own AI use: what you spent, your sessions, how well you work with AI and the tools you use. It shows only your activity.
You need Agents & copilots switched on for your organisation — ask your Flowstate contact.
Open My AI
- In the sidebar, select My AI agents. The page opens on Overview.

Read your Overview
Everything on the Overview covers the last 30 days.
-
Read the opening sentence: what you spent on AI, across how many sessions, and how well you work with AI.
-
Check the figures under it:
Figure What it shows Sessions How many AI sessions you had Tokens How many tokens those sessions used Est. cost What those sessions are estimated to have cost Fluency Your overall rating for how well you work with AI, with a score out of 100 once your habits are scored -
Under What I use AI for, see what kind of work your AI spend went on.
-
Under How well do I work with AI?, see your score for each of four habits, and a Tip for the weakest one.
-
Under Recent prompt feedback, read what’s working and what to change. Select a line to open My sessions.
-
Under Recent AI sessions, select a session to open it. Sessions marked Needs a project are waiting for you on My sessions.
| Habit | What it means |
|---|---|
| Clear prompts | You spell out the goal, format and audience up front |
| Right task to AI | You hand over whole, well-scoped tasks rather than nudging line by line |
| Checks the output | You ask the model to show its working before you accept an answer |
| Verifies before shipping | You test or check the claims that matter before you ship |
Recent prompt feedback shows up to two lines:
- Good: the prompting pattern you use best.
- Could improve: the habit that most often gets in your way, such as retrying a prompt instead of refining it.

See your pull requests and the AI behind them
My code with AI appears on the Overview if all of these are true:
- your Flowstate account is linked to your employee record
- your role lets you see effort reporting
- your job role is in an engineering job family, or you’ve authored a pull request in the last 30 days
- Read the summary: how many pull requests you authored in the last 30 days, and how many AI sessions are linked to them.
- Select Show details to list them. Each row shows the pull request’s number and title, its repository, the lines added and removed, how many AI sessions are linked, and their AI cost.
- Select a pull request to open it.
Select Hide details to close the list.
Request a copilot
Under Quick actions, select Request a copilot. The Request centre opens, where you ask your manager for a seat on an AI tool.
If My AI is empty
- “This page isn’t available” — your Flowstate account’s email doesn’t match your employee or contractor record. Ask your Flowstate admin to correct it.
- No sessions, habits or feedback — sessions come from AI use captured on your computer. If your organisation only tracks AI bills, these stay empty.
