Agents & copilots
Resourcing → Agents & copilots is where AI sits in your workforce plan. Use it to keep track of the AI agents doing work for you, who owns each one, and which AI tools your people use.
Only shown when Agents & copilots is switched on for your organisation — ask your Flowstate contact.
Agents and copilots are different
- An agent is an AI worker that runs on its own, such as a support bot or a release-notes drafter. It has an owner and its own cost, separate from any person.
- A copilot is an AI tool a person uses, such as Claude Code, Cursor or GitHub Copilot. Its cost stays with the person who used it.
How AI costs add up explains more.
