Choose who gets AI policy alerts

Use Settings → AI → Agent Policy to name the people who should hear when AI use raises something worth reviewing, such as sensitive data in a prompt. Nobody is told until you add someone.

You need access to organisation settings — ask your Flowstate admin.

Add a recipient

  1. Open Settings → AI → Agent Policy.
  2. Scroll to Alert recipients.
  3. Select Add a person… and choose someone.

Each change saves straight away. To remove someone, select the bin next to their name.

What recipients get

Once a day, while there are high-severity AI signals nobody has resolved, each recipient gets one to-do saying how many are waiting. It links to Insights → Agent insights → Alerts, and clears itself once they’re all resolved.

It arrives in Flowstate, and by email or Slack if your notification settings send it there.

Troubleshooting

“No one is listed — AI policy alerts are not being sent.” — Add at least one recipient.

A recipient hasn’t had anything — There may be no unresolved high-severity signals. Check Insights → Agent insights → Alerts.
