Connect ElevenLabs

Connect ElevenLabs to see what voice and audio generation costs, beside the rest of your AI spend.

You need access to connect AI providers. Ask your Flowstate admin.

Before you start

  • A workspace admin in ElevenLabs. Use a service account key, not a personal one, so the connection keeps working when people leave.

Connect ElevenLabs

  1. In ElevenLabs, open Workspace settings → Service Accounts and create a key.
  2. In Flowstate, go to Settings → Integrations, select Browse catalog and open ElevenLabs.
  3. Under How to connect, select Use this route.
  4. Paste the key and select Verify and connect.

Check it’s working

The key is listed under Connected keys with the status Working. See the spend in Agent insights.

What Flowstate brings in

  • Usage and spend for your whole account, for the current subscription period. ElevenLabs doesn’t report cost per person.
  • Flowstate syncs every hour, so the figure grows as the period goes on.

If something’s not right

You can’t find Service Accounts. Look for API keys in your workspace settings, not your personal settings.

The connection shows Key rejected. The key was revoked or its workspace access changed. Create a new one and select Replace key on the connection.
