Roll out Flowstate Desktop

Flowstate Desktop for Mac and Flowstate Desktop for Windows send people’s AI requests to Flowstate. Flowstate Helm turns the captured conversations into sessions: who had each one, with which tool and model, and what it cost. Adoption, Agent sessions, AI spend by project and AI impact are built on those sessions, so the checklists that need them link here.

If you’d rather configure tools than computers, point them at Flowstate Router instead. The checklist below applies to both.

An engineering or IT lead owns this foundation, with security and compliance, HR, IT and a Flowstate admin.

Before you start
