Enterprise Account Executive

Own the full customer lifecycle in the US. Win new enterprise customers, onboard them brilliantly, and grow the accounts over time.

The role

You'll own relationships with US enterprise engineering and finance leaders. From first conversation through close, onboarding through expansion — you're the person they trust.

You'll run discovery, demo the product, navigate procurement and make sure every customer gets to value fast. Once they're live, you own the relationship. You'll understand their business deeply enough to spot expansion opportunities before they do.

This is not a hand-off-to-CS role. You are the relationship. You'll be one of our first US hires with real scope to define how Flowstate sells in this market. The US enterprise opportunity is where most of our growth will come from — you'll be at the centre of it.

The profile

You can hold a technical conversation with a CTO and a commercial conversation with a CFO in the same meeting. You've sold into enterprise before — large organisations with procurement cycles, security reviews and multi-stakeholder sign-offs.

You're not waiting for leads. You build your own pipeline, create your own opportunities and close them. You understand that at this stage, selling is also learning — every conversation teaches us something about the market.

What you'll bring

  • Experience selling enterprise software — you've navigated complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • You can demo a technical product credibly to a technical audience
  • You've built pipeline from scratch, not just worked inbound leads
  • You understand the enterprise buying journey: procurement, security review, legal
  • You're comfortable owning post-sale relationships, not just closing
  • Willingness to travel across the US to meet customers in person

Bonus points

  • Sold into engineering or finance functions specifically
  • Experience with workforce planning, FP&A or developer tools
  • Previous early-stage startup experience where you built the sales motion from scratch
  • Existing relationships with engineering or finance leaders at US enterprises
